I’m Vanessa Warfield, founder of Vents By Vee. My career started in Las Vegas field marketing, where I learned how to connect with people and turn a brand’s message into an experience.

From field marketing roles with Select and Switch, I grew into leading a team of more than 20 marketing professionals at Kinetic Events. My work included State Farm’s 100-Year Anniversary, an event with more than 60,000 attendees, and Netflix’s Karma’s World at Essence Festival.

At Zintex Remodeling Group, I managed regional events and shows, bringing staffing, vendors, venues, and on-site logistics together. At LATINA Style, I coordinated a four-city annual Business Series tour, conferences, and a national symposium—working across sponsorships, speakers, programming, budgets, and media.

Today, as a project manager at Mecca Design and Production, I coordinate clients, vendors, schedules, resources, logistics, and quality throughout the production process. Vents By Vee brings that hands-on experience into a business focused on event management and staffing.

For me, great events start with people. I’m building Vents By Vee to create meaningful connections, paid opportunities, and experiences with purpose.
